| Planning your installation |
In order to be able to use Delivery Manager to manage your deliveries, you will first need to take stock of all the components of the management process. Specifically this means that you will need a list of the following items:
Once you have made these lists you can begin to enter them into the system via the Tools/Maintain menu item. This may take a little while if you have large number of products, vehicles, etc.
The recommended approach to installation of Delivery Manager is to trial the system on, perhaps, one or two vehicles to begin with. Once you are comfortable with the operation of the system, you can then enter the remaining jobs (for all other vehicles). Trialling the software on a smaller section of vehicles and products will help to familiarise the operators with the operation of the program.
