Delivery Manager helps you organise your delivery of
products and it ensures the right product is delivered to the right customer on time every time. It helps you keep track of customers and
vehicles. Multiple product categories can be entered and multiple products
can be ordered for each job. Products can also have pricing tiers
associated with them, and the system will automatically calculate pricing
according to the customer category and amount of products ordered.
To enter a job into the system the customer details must
first be entered
You will also need to enter your available products into
the system. Products can be grouped in whatever method you like.

Once these have been entered, a new job can be created.
Very little information is required here, other than products ordered, as
most of the information is copied from the master customer record.

When a job has been paid for, the payment information
can be added to the job.

Once jobs have been entered, they can be viewed in the
scheduling area which lists vehicles, jobs and products being delivered.
This vehicle schedule can be printed and given to the drivers daily or
hourly if required.
A number of delivery reports and invoicing options are
available to print

The other reports available reports available from the system include
vehicle schedules, used by the drivers to know where to go each day

Other
printed reports include the outstanding payments report showing all outstanding payment customers (and amounts),
customer job history reports and outstanding job notifications.
There are also management summary reports available:
